Can I amend or cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy is up to 3 days before the booking.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is available from 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, you can leave your belongings with us. If you arrive after reception has closed, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to access your room.

Are there rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility, equipped with a shower. To book them, simply contact us directly.

Are the rooms non-smoking?

The entire establishment is non-smoking. However, designated areas are provided outside for smokers.

Does the hotel offer breakfast?

Yes, our breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, and it is open to everyone, even those who are not staying at the hotel.

PLUS: if you reserve directly in our website, breakfast is included!

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Yes, our restaurant Le Convivial is open in the evenings during the high season, both in winter and summer. It is closed on Sundays.

Do you offer vegetarian/gluten-free options?

Yes, whether for our breakfast buffet or evening menu, we offer vegetarian and gluten-free options upon request.

Does the hotel have a car park? Is there a charge for parking?

No, there is no car park allocated to the hotel. Public parking spaces (blue zone) are available nearby: they are free in summer and paid in winter. In addition, there is a paid public car park just above the Chalet Royal hotel. The rate is CHF 26 for 24 hours.

How do I get to the hotel from Sion railway station?

From Sion railway station, take a bus towards Veysonnaz station (line B363 or B364). The bus stop is only 150 metres from our hotel.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, your four-legged friend is always welcome here! We will be delighted to accommodate them. A charge of CHF 20 per animal per night applies.

Is the hotel suitable for families with children?

Of course! We offer connecting rooms to accommodate the whole family, as well as extra beds that can be added to the rooms.

Can events or seminars be organised at your establishment?

Yes, whatever your event — wedding, seminar, private party, birthday or any other special occasion — please contact us at events@chaletroyal-magrappé.ch.

Is there a relaxation area or a gym?

Our hotel offers a relaxation area and a gym. These services are available at an additional cost during your stay, subject to reservation and an extra charge.

I would like to use my gift voucher. How do I make a booking?

To use your gift voucher, please contact us directly. We will arrange your booking according to your availability and the terms and conditions of the voucher. How do I book my room if I am attending an event with pre-booked rooms?

If you are attending an event with pre-booked rooms at our establishment, please contact us directly to finalise your booking.
